Notes

Expert academic commentary on Alberta judgments, often flagging the significance of a decision days before mainstream coverage. Attribution is clean, and quoting a named academic's published analysis is far safer than generating your own legal characterisation.

Third-party editorial content — quote and link with attribution, keep excerpts short, never present ABLawg's analysis as your own. Not a court source; do not use it to establish facts about a case.

If this is yours and you want it left out, write to hello@edmontondailybrief.ca. We stop reading it and withdraw everything that cited it, past editions included. Every source · How this paper is made
