Notes

The earliest possible signal that a specific restaurant, bar or liquor store is opening at a specific Edmonton address — it appears here weeks before the business licence and often before any press. Licence Class distinguishes restaurant (A-Minors Allowed) from retail liquor store (D) from manufacturer (E), so you can tell what is actually coming. One of the strongest genuinely-local scoops available.

Province-wide — filter Municipality = 'Edmonton' (and consider St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Spruce Grove for metro coverage); most rows are Calgary. HTML only, no API or CSV — you must parse the table and it will break if AGLC redesigns. Rolling 7-day window, so you MUST poll daily or you permanently miss entries. robots.txt permits this path.
