Notes

Civilian oversight body for EPS — appointments, budget submissions, and complaint-process changes. Governance stories that rarely get covered elsewhere.

Board agendas/minutes are posted as PDFs on pages rather than as posts; use the /pages endpoint and follow links. Low volume. MISCATEGORISED UNTIL 2026-08-23: carried mode 'api', which no collector dispatches on, so nothing ever fetched this and it had no health row — invisible to silent() and unhealthy() alike. The URL is a WordPress REST posts endpoint, which is exactly what mode 'wpjson' and sources/wordpress.py already handle. Rewired.
