Notes

Road closures and construction with explicit impact flags for bikes, parking and pedestrians plus date ranges — directly actionable commuter information and the construction-disruption half of the development story.

LICENCE LINKED 2026-10-12 (owner: a licence link wherever possible): its dataset on data.edmonton.ca states its licence as 'See Terms of Use' (licenseId SEE_TERMS_OF_USE, read 2026-10-12 at /api/views/<id>.json), and the portal's Terms of Use link opens the Open Government Licence – City of Edmonton v1.0 (story msh8-if28). HIGH VOLUME and overlaps heavily with the traffic/transportation category — coordinate so the brief does not run the same closure twice. Filter to arterials or long-duration works. Companion dataset pwsx-cf7d isolates bike-facility impacts. WIRED 2026-08-21 via pipeline/sources/traffic.py. Its mode has no generic collector and no code refers to this endpoint, so nothing fetched it and no health record ever existed. Disabled so the registry stops counting it as coverage; the entry is kept because the endpoint was verified and this is a wiring backlog, not a dead source. See ops/wiring.py. Mostly permit administration rather than construction: of 1,302 live rows, 215 were 'Crossing Temporary Tcp', 196 'Waste Bin Pod Seacan', 28 'Hoarding', and one category ran 2021 to 2036. Filtered to substantive work under two years — 523 rows. Street is street_full_name here, NOT on_street as in k4tx-5k8p; keying on the wrong one makes the two datasets look 100% distinct when the real overlap is 10 of 452.
