Notes

One of the four bodies that replaced Alberta Health Services in the 2024 restructure, and none of them was in the catalogue. Publishes no feed and no sitemap, and serves HTML for robots.txt, so a watched page is the only route. Health service changes and advisories are the highest-priority category this brief carries.

MODE feed ON PURPOSE since 2026-08-23: read as one entry per release by pipeline/sources/feeds.py LISTINGS (cards with class pca-news-item: date, title, first paragraph); as a watched page it could only ever say 'page updated', and never did. Serves an HTML page for /robots.txt and for /feed/, so a soft 404 looks like a 200. Verified by counting dated items on the page, not by status code or title.
