The Bulletin of Proceedings — new filings, leave applications filed, hearing scheduling. Earliest signal that an Alberta case is heading to Ottawa.

TERMS CORRECTED 2026-10-12 (DECISIONS #42): the Court's own terms govern, not canada.ca's. Bulletins of Proceedings and news releases 'do not fall within the terms of the Reproduction of Federal Law Order'; they may be used 'for personal use and for other uses permitted under the Copyright Act', identifying the Court as the source — fair dealing, not a licence. No licence is linked. The basis (open_licence) does not match those terms; the owner is asked to move it to fair_dealing_news. Dense, procedural, mostly non-Alberta. Low brief-worthiness unless province-filtered.
